Can’t recommend unfortunately - staff speak so little English that any communication (even describing what nails you want) is really difficult. I wanted some very simple nail art done (a basic star shape) and it was so poorly drawn that after multiple attempts at correction I asked for it removed and left with just the base colour, meaning I paid for a service I didn’t end up receiving. The ambience is also pretty terrible, it’s dead silent without even background music

My entire visit was epically ruined by another customer who was abusive, violent, disrespectful, rude and frankly, terrifying. In my life, I have never endured an experience like this. The staff were overwhemled and out of their depth to deal with the situation. No support and no attempt to rectify this unfolding drama. Never again.

My appointment was originally booked for 12, I called within a timely parameter and asked if I could change my booking for 13:30- this was accepted. I arrived at 13:10 and was greeted sat down and was told I would be charged £10 more than what was on the price list- fine. They proceeded to file down my Biab and took off 4 nails before stopping due to someone else arriving. 1 hour later she came back and I asked her to remove the Biab entirely and charged me £20 - she broke and ruined my nails
