My appointment was originally booked for 12, I called within a timely parameter and asked if I could change my booking for 13:30- this was accepted. I arrived at 13:10 and was greeted sat down and was told I would be charged £10 more than what was on the price list- fine. They proceeded to file down my Biab and took off 4 nails before stopping due to someone else arriving. 1 hour later she came back and I asked her to remove the Biab entirely and charged me £20 - she broke and ruined my nails

They cut my nails without asking.
The nail fails were not disinfected from one client to another
Filing my nails touched the skin and a few were bleeding.
Didn't treat my cuticles.
For the colours that were showing me, many didn't have available.
The nails shape were not straight at all, however tried to fix it.
When I had to pay, they highlighted for the prices that I booked here, it had to be paid in cash or transaction.
The ladies were nice, but not what expected for about 40 pounds.
