Appointment was at 10am, I had shown up around 9:55 and the shutters were still down. 15 mins later or so after waiting I called the salon saying I had an appointment. No one was at work on time to open the salon up. I got BIAB and manicure which was well needed but almost week later, my BIAB is slowly peeling off
