I booked a shellac removal and reapply. The gentleman used the drill to such an extent that it took of my own nail. I told him it was hurting but still didn’t pay much notice. My nails are now ruined, painful and paper thin. The paint job was sloppy and had to ask him on multiple occasions to fix them. Will never go back.

The lashes have already come off my right eye, 4 days after I got them - really unhappy as this has never happened before
