Disappointing service. Booked in for gel powder manicure (£18). Changed my mind when arrived and wanted gel polish (£20). Asked and explained 3 times that I wanted just gel polish. Was given gel powder AND gel polish (completely unheard of) and was charged £30. Colour isn’t up to scratch and shape isn’t nice.
