Very busy day- so everyone was running. Would hope that my experience was a one off as the people are really lovely.

The salon was nice and the people where lovely, but I booked in for SNS which they don't actually do. In place I got shellac but it's really thin, it doesn't feel like a gel polish. It was quite hard to communicate as well what was wanted as the guys English isn't great, I nearly got some whacking acrylics stuck on me by accident! He was very nice and friendly though.

Nails are awful!! the man is very rough and doesn't do them properly. It was very busy so he rushed my whole treatment. My nails now look like a child has done them. Not happy at all.
AWFUL ! do not go here for lash extensions, the lady has no idea what she is doing, I was in pain for most of it came out looking worse then what I did before. I am used to full, fluttery, light extensions. Here you get awful quality and awful lashes !!!
