Have been going to Brows & Frowns for a while and every time Emma makes me feel like I am new customer, giving an initial consultation, fabulous treatment and after care advice. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Emma, her communication and service is always 5 ⭐️. Thank you for today, already looking forward to my next visit x

I have been having monthly microneedling sessions from Emma for 12 months. Emma does a fabulous job and takes her time, unlike some therapists. Emma's pricing is more than reasonable and I look forward to my treatment as, although I'm having tiny needles run over my face, I always feel relaxed whilst having a good chat and a laugh.
I can honestly say the treatment works and has done wonders for my dark spots. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 🌟🌟⭐⭐⭐

Emma is so lovely, she always remembers things about her clients and makes me feel so comfortable every time I go. More importantly Emma listens to what I like and dislike- I keep coming back as she listens to how I want my brows to look and doesn't do them too dark. I've already spoken to her about more treatments in the near future and will keep coming back to her.

Had my B12 and vitamin D injections with Emma in Sutton Coldfield and I was really impressed. She’s friendly, professional, and made the whole process straightforward and comfortable. The space is clean and welcoming, and I left feeling completely confident in the quality of her service. I’d definitely recommend her if you’re considering having these done.
