Emma is so lovely, she always remembers things about her clients and makes me feel so comfortable every time I go. More importantly Emma listens to what I like and dislike- I keep coming back as she listens to how I want my brows to look and doesn't do them too dark. I've already spoken to her about more treatments in the near future and will keep coming back to her.

Had my B12 and vitamin D injections with Emma in Sutton Coldfield and I was really impressed. She’s friendly, professional, and made the whole process straightforward and comfortable. The space is clean and welcoming, and I left feeling completely confident in the quality of her service. I’d definitely recommend her if you’re considering having these done.

I've struggled with pigmentation for years and had almost given up hope, until I found Emma. She's so knowledgeable and reassuring from the start. After just a few treatments I've seen such a huge improvement. My skin looks brighter, more even, and the dark patches have noticeably faded. I finally feel confident in my skin again. Emma is professional, friendly and clearly knows her stuff. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended
