Sophia is very knowledgeable and kind. She knows what she does. It was my first tinting so she recommended going for a lighter colour to see if I like it. It was a great choice and i got the natural look I wished for. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I feel the appointment was rushed a bit as the client after me arrived (even though we were in time). I will go back!
