Actual treatment was very nice, relaxing and enjoyable.
However, some concerns overall. No medical history taken as a new customer, staff member was late and site was closed and chilly when I arrived. More worrying staff member put a basin on the floor with my feet either side and proceeded to pour boiling water into it! From a health and safety viewpoint - not good. Staff member also had forgotten dryer so could not have gel polish I had requested. This had been purchased as a gift from a friend so not sure what she paid but it didn’t include what I wanted.

The treatment was superb, the atmosphere was very calming and relaxing and Lindsey was extremely knowledgable, providing me with valuable information and next steps about my feet and body. Thank you!
