Nayla is a delight! It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and I was a bit nervous. Nayla greeted me with a huge welcoming smile when I arrived and I was instantly put at ease. I was worried I'd feel embarrassed but nope. Nayla talked to me throughout the waxing and I barely noticed what she was doing! The waxing itself was practically painless and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you so much Nayla (and for encouraging me to take an extra chocolate;)
