Perfect wax - Nayla took the time to understand what I wanted and show me the progress throughout. She also offered for me to go back within 10 days for no additional charge to take off any baby hairs that were too small to get the first time round. Super smooth finish and the boyfriend loves it too, which is also a plus!

Hands down, the most thorough wax I have ever had. At the end of the wax when I did the obligatory check over, I noticed a few very fine hairs leftover - so out came the lighted magnifying glass (I'm not kidding) to make sure every last one was pulled out. Excellent and I will be back!

I've been having a hollywood wax for about 10 years and this is the best I've ever had! Nayla was so lovely and kept me laughing the whole way through, her technique and products make the wax pretty painless and she's very thorough. Wouldn't go anywhere else again!
