A lovely experience generally but the wax wasn’t able to be completed, I was told as part of the service I should contact again in a week to finish it and contacted over 5 times to no response. Disappointing as the lady is lovely but I didn’t get a full service for my money and had no time before my trip to book elsewhere.

I truly had the best service with Nayla, I’m always leaving her studio thanking her a million of times for making the experience so relaxing and comfortable. She is amazing and she gives the best tips for aftercare too! I’m always looking forward to come back every month confident that I’ll get the best service. Can’t recommend her enough!
