Booked a foot massage for me and my mom - excellent after walking for 4 days! The massage was amazing, left us both feeling super relaxed and cared for. Definitely can recommend!

Unfortunately I was deeply disappointed with the whole experience. The location was a back room of a dingy nail salon and the room itself was run down. It was just a white room with a massage bed in the middle - no attempt at any kind of relaxation methods were used. No music, the lights were on full blast and were extremely bright. The masseuse was friendly enough but the massage was so amateur, I didn’t leave feeling any more relaxed than when I walked in. The deep tissue massage was not deep at all, quite a gentle attempt at a back massage. The head massage was honestly laughable - it was a head scratch at best. Then after an hour of lying on my front with my eyes closed, I was asked to turn around so my quads could be massaged - I was directly under the brightest light in the northern hemisphere! It was clear I wasn’t comfortable and had to keep my hands over my eyes until I adjusted to the light. Overall, extremely disappointed with an amateur attempt at massage for such a high price. I’ve used Treatwell a few times and never been disappointed but this will really make me question using them again.
