Extremely painful and sloppy experience. The therapist asked me several times what I had booked and left me with patches of wax I had to remove at home. Felt very rushed and not much attention shown. I don’t believe the wax had been heated high enough and this was the reason for the pain

Very friendly and welcoming salon and I'm so happy with my haircut. Alexandra did a brilliant job on my curly hair, which can be difficult to style and cut (last haircut, elsewhere, was a disaster and Alexandra corrected it and restyled it). I will definitely be returning in the new year! Everyone else in the salon (person at reception, person washing hair etc..) was also super attentive and friendly.
