Perfect haircut! I'm always really nervous whenever I get my hair cut but Elena made me feel comfortable straight away and she understood what I wanted in a second. She did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend the salon! Staff could be a bit more friendly but oh well, still a good haircut!

The wax was thorough but took 40 minutes. Therapist was lovely but I wasn’t happy with cleanliness .. then I sat down for my hair cut where the hairdresser made me feel like I had the worst hair ever. I found it quite upsetting how she brushed my hair in disgust. Then she cut it how she wanted to. As a beauty therapist who has worked in and trained in a hairdressing salon I feel that there should be more training given. The girl who washed my hair said ‘that towel won’t stay on I’m not very good at it’ .. I think with a bit more direction consistency and cleanliness it could be really nice
