The founder of Bria's Interlude is Brianna, who created this relaxing space from her own journey of self-love, faith, and healing. With her calm demeanour, she curates environments that feel safe, warm, and intentional. Over time, that practice became her lifestyle, and Brianna is now here to help you overcome mental challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, whilst physically mapping and releasing trauma trapped in your body, as well as weight loss.
