2nd visit, just as good as the first. Cannot fault this as top for service, location and facilities. Would happily recommend to friends and family as a relaxing day out. Lovely lunch again to round off a lovely day.
A lovely relaxing day in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Followed by a very pleasant well priced lunch on the patio. Will definately visit again in the near future. .
I was slightly disappointed, it felt although we were in a public swimming pool. However the steam room and sauna and changing facilities were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for lunch which was nice but had a poor vegetarian menu. I don't think I would go again. With the vouchers it costed us £12.50 each which I felt for what we had it was worth the money.
I booked 12 friends in but they were only able to accomodate 11 of them for the 30 mins inclusive treatments, which was a little unfair on the one left out! due to staff shortage we were also unable to book extra treatments, which was disappointing! the facilities were basic , we were only allowed to use the pool in a 2 hour slot due to classes being held in there, this infortunately clashed with lunch! the steam room and sauna were tiny, the gym was very busy and very cramped and all classes were at an extra charge of £3,50, we spent most of our time in the jacuzzi as there was nowhere for us to sit altogether around the pool area. We made the best of the day and overall we all enjoyed it, lunch was wonderful, but I dont think id go again!!
We booked as a group for my Birthday treat, using a 2-4-1 offer. The hotel, pool, spa and changing rooms were excellent. Some of us had treatments, my massage was lovely. The coffee bar and lunch were good. We found a lovely sofa and seats in a sunny window corner and lounged and read for much of the afternoon, very relaxing. Just a shame there wasn't enough room to lounge around the pool, only a couple of uncomfy looking plastic beds.
