I have now visited twice in the past 3 months and have had a very good experience both the times. Thanks Lucas! The place is clean and takes all the precautions for the pandemic like offering a face covering (in case the customer isn't wearing one) and sanitizer. Lucas is patient, thorough and a pleasant person to chat with while of course being a skilled professional. Wish you the best and thanks again!
Utterly Rubbish Service. 20th August 11:30, I Got insulted, verbally abused and embarrassed by Raz because their own staff charged me the wrong membership price 3 weeks prior to this incident. Raz not only insulted me but also pressurised me to leave the shop because of their own blunder with their payment system even though my membership was valid till 28th August. He didnโt let me utilise my valid membership. I took this up with the owner and requested for an apology but no action was sincerely taken. I would unfortunately have to call an end to using their services again because of the disrespectful and demeaning staff working.

Mardin and Aloz are absolutely brilliant at their jobs, really nice friendly people. I always book in with Aloz or Mardin, thereโs another guy thatโs sometimes there whoโs really good as well canโt remember his name but only sometimes there. Recommend either mardin or Aloz though
I have never been out for a hair cut since lockdown started in March, just for the fear of safety. But after visiting Brazuca 9 for a hair cut last weekend for my kid, i felt super safe. I visited again today for my haircut and my younger kids haircut. Mr.Lucas was a nice stylist who did a very thorough and clean haircut and ensured safety all the time. He kept the kid engaged all the time until the job is well done. Will be back next time for sure.
I have been in twice recently and I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive to detail.I am very happy with my haircut and overall experience.I intend for it to be my goto barbers from now.
