Worse experience with a barber I have ever had, talking in Arabic to his friend and just being rude, grumpy and seemed like he was annoyed at my 5-year-old child he didn’t have any patience and was completely rude from the second we walked in. DON’T GO.
Utterly Rubbish Service. 20th August 11:30, I Got insulted, verbally abused and embarrassed by Raz because their own staff charged me the wrong membership price 3 weeks prior to this incident. Raz not only insulted me but also pressurised me to leave the shop because of their own blunder with their payment system even though my membership was valid till 28th August. He didn’t let me utilise my valid membership. I took this up with the owner and requested for an apology but no action was sincerely taken. I would unfortunately have to call an end to using their services again because of the disrespectful and demeaning staff working.
