Bad start. Hairdresser had not turned up on time. Bus running late. Confusion as to which salon I should be at. Seemed to be a good haircut but by the time I had walked back to the station my hair was completely flat (I did think that hardly any product had been used but I’m no expert). Booked online (75 min appointment slot). Was out after around 40 mins. Disappointed with haircut now that I’m doing it myself. First time trying Brass. Wouldn’t go back.
