I went in with a very rough idea of what I wanted, feeling unsure whether it would suit me, how much upkeep the new style would need etc. Erin was lovely and chatty, and talked me through the pros, cons and alternative options before we began, and I came out super pleased. I'll definitely be going again and would definitely recommend.
