Completely average experience overall. The haircut itself was fine, nothing terrible but nothing particularly memorable either. What really stood out was that during my appointment, a piece of artwork from the wall actually fell on me. It wasn’t a major injury, but it was surprising and awkward, and it barely seemed to be acknowledged by the hairdresser at the time. The salon also had a toilet with a failing flush, which didn’t leave a great impression.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Atmosphere is friendly with great cups of coffee and hair experience was fabulous. Could not rate them high enough.
