Arrived for an appointment which had been booked the evening before, only to be told multiple times " it will just be another 5 minutes before they'll see you". 25-30 mins later and I finally got my wax, which I then had to leave "early" (before the tweezer-tidy up) and physically run back to Angel station with an entire suitcase to catch a pre-booked train to Liverpool. The beauty therapist doing the wax couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic, but sweating everywhere, out of breath and sitting on a hot train (which I only manged to catch by the absolute skin of my teeth) 10 minutes later after an incomplete wax was NOT a pleasant experience. Admittedly it would have been pretty annoying to be told that my appointment was running 25/30 minutes behind when i'd initially arrived, but I would have rathered the honestly than be given an estimate over and over which wasn't in the least bit accurate. At least I could have weighed up my options and decided whether to wait or re-schedule. That, or my booking should not have been accepted at all in the 1st place. Overall great location, nice clean venue and friendly staff. Just wouldn't at all recommend if you need to be anywhere in a rush.

I didn’t receive the treatment hence 3 star to be neutral. I went to the salon only to find out the technician wasn’t available and had to cancel the session, about which she rang me and left a voice message but I was at work and unable to confirm this last minute cancellation. Staff was helpful but we couldn’t agree on an alternative appointment. They offered a store voucher to compensate my time and travel wasted which was the best they could do. I wish they could email or text me to save trouble for both parties.

I am so pleased with my Brazilian blowdry- it was my first time at this salon and the experience was great, my hair feels fantastic, I will definitely be back
