Asked for a Balayage and left with Ombre hair. I also asked to dye my hair lighter and ended up with patchy dark and light brown hair. The venue is nice and clean and the staff are lovely however I would not allow them to colour my hair again as despite showing 5 pictures of balayaged/highlighted hair I ended up with full colour and ombre at the bottom and still had to pay extra.

I went there for a re growth tint, and then once there I also decided to cut my hair. The girls there were very nice, the salon is very clean. I just loved it. Recommended!

This was my second return to the salon for a wax treatment. This time a full arm wax treatment which took a whole hour compared to thirty minutes for my full leg. The member of staff just seemed very clumsy and slow and I wished I'd just use removal cream. We got through it eventually after many pointing outs of missed spots. There have a few therapist but I just happened to get this one on this occasion. It's a matter of weighing up the value for money with time. I'd still use this service again, hoping to get a quicker therapist or not go before work.

I've fallen in love with Brasil Hair in Islington. Really great service and fantastic value. I will be coming regularly for blow drys which are very professional in a lovely pleasant salon!
