Had a gel polish manicure for the first time, and really love it. The staff was very nice and welcoming, place was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxed - will definitely come back.

First I had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment, I was told my therapist was just quickly finishing some waxing when I arrived then told nothing until 40 mins later. I was taken to a small basement room with no windows so it smelt a bit although it was clean and modern. I was quite surprised when another client who's appointment was an hr after mine was then squeezed into the room with me. Ok selection of gel colours Girl who did my treatment was very friendly but my nails on my hand were all different lengths and not straight, she didn't ask what length I wanted them or check they were ok I had to ask her to even a few up. Application of the gel was bad, almost all my cuticles are flooded or they gel was taken up to cuticle but not in a neat line, the gel was not applied all the way to the free edge of my nail, probably the reason one finger chipped 2 days later. Pretty much the same with my feet, she didn't ask how short I wanted my nails, badly applied gel, didn't focus too much on my heels when using foot file it was more on the sole (where I don't have dry skin) didn't get little toe drives at all and no massage or cream applied after which I found strange espy when the lady next to me got this. It did not take 1 hr as stated, it was 1.5 hr so with that and my 40 minute wait I missed a yoga class that I paid for which actually turned the mani/pedi in to a pricey experience. You really do get what you pay for
