Very nice and friendly staff but incredibly unprofessional overall service experience. Also bad results with the waxing. It wasn't done properly (not technique not results), I have some burns because of it even more than a few days after and it took a lot longer than what any other professional would have taken.
I will definitely not come back and do not recommend waxing treatments here to anyone who expect a professional experience.

Two stylists worked on me for a wash and blow dry. -One who gave me a very through wash (and I have long, thick hair), including the back of my head, which is often missed in the sinks, and the second therapist who took the time to thoroughly dry my hair leaving it shiny and looking very healthy. I would give this blow dry top marks.
My only 'improvement' would be to offer a coffee, tea, or water (as others were), but I could have asked. Also, the floor was quite wet, which I slipped on, but this is easy to do in a busy salon. Would highly recommend.

I just love going here! the staff are so so friendly and welcoming now I've been 4 times they remember me when I go and cater to my every need. The waxing treatment itself is just so fast and the girl really does relax you into it its the best experience you could want for waxing! I really recommend

I had a haircut and hair mask here. she was really fast and quick in chopping off my hair. (Or trimmed). She didn't really ask me how I feel after but went straight to blow dry. Obviously it looks nice after blowing. But when I went back home it looks quite bad. She was nice though. I wouldn't say it's the best hair cut

Bit of a strange salon, but the people are nice enough and it's clear enough. Brazilian blow wave results are great !!
