The salon is spacious and clean and the staff are super friendly. Tea on arrival was lovely with follow up during my visit was great. My blow dry and hair colouring was done professionally with a minimum of fuss. The only part of the experience that I was not happy with (and probably could have been avoided if better prepared with a photo - it only occurred to me after i left to google a photo!) was my haircut. I had trouble explaining that I wanted my hair layered (all over not just the front) with the ends feathered (rather than bluntly cut) and also have my hair thinned - this is probably an unusual request for a salon that specialises in extensions where customers tend to want longer, thicker hair :) - the haircut, though not the one I wanted is actually well done.

Great treatment! Had to wait a little bit but the procedure ended much earlier than expected anyhow. The girl who worked with me was very pleasant and gentle and I'm very happy with the results. Fun, cheery environment. Will be coming back for sure!

I have Afro-Carribean hair and have had several Brazilian blow drys across several salons in London but none are able to get my hair as smooth and sleek as this place! Will definitely return
