Honesty am so happy with my experience! Having had a terrible time with some rip off hairdresser who ruined my hair I was nervous but the guy who did my highlights was a total pro who managed to balance it so my hair looked like me again without damaging it further. The keratin blow dry was the best. Solved all the previous damage and my hair feels silky and shiny again. The salon itself is super clean and feels smart and professional. Without the snooty staff! All the staff seemed friendly and happy. Lots of good magazines, good advice without trying to sell products of their own. And endless coffee and tea (and chocolates!!) I will definitely be going back and next time for a balayage as I trust this guy to do a great job with my hair going forwards. Tip top. 100% recommend.

Staff were very friendly and therapist was equally a really nice person but the quality of the gel nails was appalling will definitely not be coming back, three days afterwards the have started to peel off and one nail wasn't even done properly. I guess if you pre pay before the service that's what you get, a lesson learnt.
