This was a great experience!
- The salon is modern, clean, and all the staff are very nice and welcoming. I got offered tea / coffee, and more biscuits than I could eat! The hairdresser was very smiley and nice, but left me to read my book which was very appreciated. At the end I was asked whether I needed to purchase shampoo / conditioner, but they were not pushy. Loved it!
- Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin Treatment - I chose this salon because I thought if I'm having a Brazilian treatment, I might as well have it done by a Brazilian person, who I thought would be more likely to be an expert. That turned out to be super true! I have had one keratin treatment before (in a different salon), but this one is a hundred times better so far. The hairdresser obviously knew what she was doing, and the results are great: good hair day every day, straight but with a cool wave. It's perfect; thank you so much!
Would definitely recommend and will come back if I can / when I need to.

The usual staff werent in that day and a temporary beautician was performing the beauty treatments. She wasnt to the same standard as the normal beautician but was only there for a few days so this has no reflection on the salon itself or upon me going back again.
