I was disappointed that I was kept waiting 35 minutes without anyone chasing up until I repeatedly asked for an update. Then when I met the therapist no apologies at all. I'm all for chatting however I learnt her life story but also had the most painful wax. I repeatedly asked for her to go slower and smaller sections due to the pain, and came out with burns and 'lifting' so I was sore for a couple of days. Not a good experience

As the waxing lady was very experienced and friendly, the treatment was almost painfree.
