Not much in the way of customer services. For £50 for a Mani/ped would have expected more. Manicure OK pedicure just about OK but not done with any care. Wouldnt go back but not bad enough to complain.

The ladies at Brasil Hair are very friendly even thought they don't speak a lot of English. They are very attentive in their work and will spend extra time on the mani/pedi to ensure it is perfect. The nails have lasted me three weeks and I was very happy with that. The downside is that there is no nail wheel to choose your polish colour which means that you have to look at the actual nail varnish pot; both times the colours weren't quite what I had expected. The room is very clean and relaxing; it might be nice to have some music or a TV in the room.
