I am happy the finished result but the experience could have been better. I was in the salon for well over 4 hours, and was often left sitting in the chair without any explanation about what was happening/how long I would need to be there for. Max was a very nice hairdresser but it would be good to have better communication in the future.

Amanda was lovely and the Brazilian wax perfectly done and painless.The salon is nice and clean, which has became a rare thing! I will come back for sure.
