My therapist was really thorough and understanding of my low pain threshold! I've had waxes in plenty of salons, this was quick, clean with great results and a competitive price. I'd definitely return.

The staff and particularly those who were supposed to take care of my hair could hardly speak a word of english, so naturally I could not explain what I exactly wanted to do. They had no interesting product and did not even consult what product I would prefer to add to my hair. I had to ask to use the heat off spray to ensure my hair is not burnt. The blow dry was so bad and done with plastic brush instead of ceramic, which of course did not leave a sleek look for straight blow dry. My hair is naturally wavy. I could have done 200 percent better at home. And then they put my extensions in and they seem to be in such a rush and just seem not to no what they were doing! the staff didnt even know how to part the hair professionally! worse and most expensive blow dry experienece of my life and the salon was so messy and looked so unprofessional! Make yourself and your pocket a favour and dont enter, especially if you dont speak portuguese.

The receptionist wasn't very friendly but the lady that did my wax was amazing. Friendly and professional.
