For the price I paid and the based on the positive reviews I read- my experience was a complete disappointment. The salon itself was fairly clean, however the service was dismal. They spoke in portugese the whole time, she didn't explain what would be taking place especially as I told her it was my first time doing the treatment (she also did not tell me about aftercare! Luckily I researched this beforehand). The treatment stung my eyes from the moment she applied it and even she took frequent breaks as the fumes were irritating to her. However she did not ask how I was doing... It was another stylist in the salon who saw that the fumes were affecting my eyes and she wet a towel and told me to use that to cover my eyes. They also began speaking about my hair in portugese (not realizing that I understood the language) and stated that they should really charge me more due to the thickness of my hair etc (I guess this is the reason for their poor service towards me?) I had no interaction with any of the stylists more than so- only for them to keep mentioning how thick my hair was... However I noticed they offered tea/coffee to another client that walked in. The process itself was not deserving of the price nor was I impressed with the service. The treatment seems to have lasted till now and I am somewhat satisfied with the results. However, I wouldn't recommend the salon for the treatment to anyone I know... Maybe your experience may be better...

Massage, was very odd. I got left twice in the room to relax, but I paid to be massaged so would have expected the whole 60mins to be massaged. I also booked a deep tissue and it wasn't at all, it seemed more 'relaxation', at a push. Hollywood wax, quick and as painless as can be expected. Wolf book again.

The salon was great and the staff are lovely and welcoming. My nails stayed perfect for three weeks even after a two week holiday on the beach. I will definitely be going back!
