Plus: Value, speed of service and friendliness. One huge minus- I had to clean the leftover wax myself and failed to do this properly. This resulted in a very bad skin condition and pain.

Very quick and efficient with attentive staff. The wax session was a bit too hurried though and I felt like the beautician was rushing at maximum speed to move on to the next customer, which I found a bit stressing. Other than that, great result!

I had a Hollywood wax and a leg wax. The leg wax wasn't very good, as she left patches of hair on my legs. The leg wax wasn't removed properly afterwards and my legs were quite sticky- the wax needed to be removed with oil when I got home as it didn't come off in the shower. Also, the same for the Hollywood wax (patchy).
