Freezing cold both in actual temperature and the reception I received from the unsmiling staff. They seemed confused when I arrived, and had to check the booking. Nobody introduced themselves. The place was cold, the water used to wash my hair was cold. Half way through someone new took over my hair prep and didn't bother to say hi. Very long nails-scratched my skin on my neck. Felt a bit like I was in a parody of a hair salon at times, unfortunately. The cut/blow dry were decent but the overall experience was the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming hair experience I've ever had, sadly.
