I'm not sure I will recommend this place to a friend. Even if I'm quite happy with the coloration, the overall experience has been a disaster - The lady didn't know how to cute hairs.

They called me about 2 pm tell me they re running out of staff and have to change my appointment from 5:30 to 4 pm . After I explain I can t move it . They say it have to be another day as they re out of staff and they ladies finish at 6:30 latest .I told them I really want to get it done today and not appreciate last minutes notice . We agreed that I come at 4 :30 at the end . It end up I find out that it has another customers after me.... so unorganised...
The treatment is totally disaster , I think the ladies can only speak limited English and with very little communication. At the end , the ending of my hair is all burn and the whole experience is so unpleasant . I really find them so unprofessional even I believe they re very nice people .
I don’t think this service should be offer to any people in london even with discount price. I will not go back again even free of charge.
I now need to spend more money to cut my hair shorter to get rid of the hair they burn me even my plan is to keep my hair long .
I believe the nice review they have probably is because it is done by qualify hair dresser. I don’t think the ladies that do my hair have that experience. I hope it will able to warn other customer don’t get their hair burn .
