I tend to avoid getting my hair cut because I find the pressure to make small talk quite intimidating - Brasil Hair was great because I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable by preferring to sit quietly while my stylist worked on my hair. Great haircut, done quickly and professionally, and the two staff I encountered were both friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I like this salon and can often have a really good experience here. This visit was ok I've had better attention to detail here before but I will definitely go back

Happy with both services. I do thing it's great value for money but I would welcome a little more effort to make the clients more welcome and at ease
