Would not recommend. The stylist was very rough with my hair. He brushed it aggressively and I could feel it breaking again and again when it was being straightened. The stylist didn’t explain the process (even though I told him I’d never had a Brazilian blow dry before) and didn’t answer my questions regarding how long the treatment would last nor the aftercare procedure I should follow. The stylists were talking amongst themselves most of the time. The salon was freezing cold as they left the door open. I couldn’t wait to leave.
