It makes me sad to leave a bad review but I can't in good conscience leave a positive one. I booked an eyebrow wax. When I arrived I was told I'd be having my eyebrows plucked. I went along with this as I just needed them tidying up. The shape is fine, nothing special, but throughout the process, nothing was cleaned. Not my stylist's hands, the tweezers or my skin around the eyebrows. I have never experienced this! As a result of this, I came up in big, enduring spots all around my eyebrows, which look awful. It's a shame, because the stylist who did my brows was nice, but I'm shocked that they're not cleaning tweezers and hands, and not freshening the skin before or after going in with the tweezers! Basically I paid £10 for a wax, and what I got was a very basic tweeze and a bunch of gross pimples!
