Staff were nice but the straighteners they used must've been old because it kept pulling out my hair and several times were it got really hot and almost burnt me. Overall, was a bit of a painful experience and I haven't washed my hair yet so it's hard to tell right now but staff were good and if my hair remains straight after I wash it, I would go back again.
