I've been here twice before and he same girl did my wax - it was brilliant. Got a different girl this time and whilst she was lovely the wax was not good. I had lots of wax left on my skin, my skin bled slightly in some areas and some patches of hair were missed. I'm not sure I would go back unfortunately.

Only place I go for a waxing. Usually is very good and they pay attention to the detail. This last time I felt a bit rushed like she had another costumer after waiting.... other than that all good.

Some serious heat was used on my hair and not sure if that’s normal as my hair had a really burnt smell afterwards. Customer service was ok. Only time will tell how long the product will last in my hair as they seems to apply most of the product on my roots.
