If I could give Adriana higher than 5 stars I would! She was sweet, courteous, attentive and did a heck of a job on my unkempt nails. She was relentless in cleaning my cuticles and did a fab job with the nail polish. I was extremely pleased and will definitely be going back to her.

This is my second Formaldehyde Free Brazilian Blowdry at Brasil. The first was excellent lasted nearly 3 months. I have dreadful frizzy hair and it’s wonderful to be able to wake up with silky straight locks! Staff friendly and welcoming, recommend Jessica who speaks English (all speak Portuguese and a couple of stylists don’t seem to speak much English). Slowly wears off and didn’t leave my hair in too bad shape, plan to have a couple of these a year.

Staff could not be less interested in client- just talked in Brazilian between themselves the entire time, didn’t even offer drink. Abrupt on phone and at front desk

Been here a few times and will keep going back, they don’t do strip wax which is great so a better waxing experience.
