It was only my second ever wax and so I would have appreciated someone who can make conversation and really make me feel welcome (language barrier). The wax was too hot, which I kept saying and there was still some hairs once she had finished. Maybe staff should step out of the room once they have finished waxing so that the client can then check everything is up to their satisfaction before finishing the session.
