Brazilian Waxing was a new experience for me and the person who did my treatment was rough and not very informative of the process. At one point she started shouting through the locked door to another person on the other side - not a relaxing or comfortable experience to be in. She also left pink wax all over me which wasn't ideal. Eyebrow Threading was also very rough and I felt like my face was quite manhandled. The room itself was not very clean and quite dingy. Personally, I would not go back due to the service of both treatments.

15 mins late with no explanation or apology, Hair wash was done by someone who’d come back from a cigarette break so quite pungent smell. The whole staff spoke Portuguese to each other, good value and no complaints with the cut but don’t expect a great experience.
