Cleanliness-wise, I was put off immediately by the abundance of hair visibly stuck in and around the wax pots. The service itself was especially painful (much more so than usual) and the result was patchy. I wouldn’t recommend.

The waxing room was quite dirty and the wac it self was too hot in my skin. I couldn’t pay by card so I had to do a bank transfer that took me around 10 minutes waiting to be confirmed. The price is low, you pay for what you get.
