Danielle did a great job, the waxing treatment was as painless as possible and I was very happy with the result. there were no problems with the booking, if anything, got too many reminders from Treatwell about it coming up.
The treatment room could do with a bit more ambience (like relaxing music), but that's a minor detail.
It's worth every penny.

The treatment itself was great, the lady was very precise and careful and attentive. However, I did not enjoy being called to reschedule my appointment to a much later and much less convenient date. Moreover, I was told on arrival that the treatment I had selected on the website was incorrect and that there would be an added fee. I then had to watch the staff argue about how much I should be charged, adding an extra unexpected £10 for a treatment I had selected because of its good value, and no discount was offered despite the poor service.
Disappointing management of their issues with Treatwell, blaming everything on the website as if it made it ok to then change schedules and add a fee.
I will not be returning.

I've booked an aircut and blow dry some days before the date and I've also booked a manicure on the same day of receiving the treatment. When I arrived at the shop they didn't have the reservation for the haircut and there was no more availability for the day. They had the resevation for the manicure (that I decided not to have as I had to look urgently of another place to cut my hair). The place looked really nice and clean and the lady that attended me was nice, however I was very dissapointed and had to cut my hair somewhere else... Little frustrating.

Great pedicure, ad-hoc waxing accepted, knowledgeable and lovely practitioner, convenient and central location along one of the docks. If there is one thing that surprised me, it was not using a pedicure chair.
