Threading was not painful but when I came out in the light I noticed that there were still some tiny hair left so was not very clean but the ambiance and the staff was quite nice.

Danielle did a great job, the waxing treatment was as painless as possible and I was very happy with the result. there were no problems with the booking, if anything, got too many reminders from Treatwell about it coming up. The treatment room could do with a bit more ambience (like relaxing music), but that's a minor detail. It's worth every penny.
