Iraida was really sweet, my first brazilian, and she made it (almost!) enjoyable. Very quick and on time. The receptionist was texting on her phone when I arrived and barely looked up when I told her I had an appointment, but overall excellent!

The back, neck and shoulder massage was great - very professional masseuse, and ambient and relaxing treatment room. She even gave me a few extra minutes at no further cost, and made me feel very comfortable, asking a few initial questions before letting the massage do its job! Very happy!

Some of their prices are higher or at par with the high street and they don't use the same products. Personally I would say they should make the prices lower especially for hair colouring and highlights to attract more people for the service and the product they use.
