I was sorry when I discovered that Adina was not there, but I wasn't concerned because there was a substitute who looked really knowledgeable and confident. I had booked for permanent tint to my hair roots and I wanted to continue with the same colour but I also asked for a non permanent toner for the ends, which had become a little too light. I have found myself with a very light colour on the roots, a blonde that don't cover my white hair and definitely not the one that has been used in the salon so far, the white hair on the temple not covered at all and the lenghts very dark, I can only hope the colour can be washed away soon. My look is a nightmare!

When I first went in there, the staff had no idea that I had an appointment and weren't ready. The threading was ok although I had to go home and fix my eyebrows a bit more, the next day I got 5 pimples around my eyebrows which made me question the cleanliness of the place as I have done my eyebrows many times before at other places and never got any problems with pimples.
