I booked the head, shoulder, back massage, and when I got there they asked me if I wanted legs too, so if I had known they did full body then would have booked more than an hour. But half an hour was still good and I felt quite throughly worked on. My sister in law booked the same massage a year ago and said it was in a chair and no oil, so I expected the same, but didn't see a chair anywhere. For the most part it was good, I only didn't like the massaging with the elbow which hurt a little. Have had better massages to work knots - ie used more thumbs. But also wouldn't say this was bad, just not always hitting the right spots. I didn't have the masseuse Iraida, I think the system automatically requests her and I think she has good reviews, but i was told when I arrived she was away. The customer service was really good though.

Disappointed with this salon. Used to be my regular but i would never go back there now. Cancelled my appointment last minute and rescheduled it to an hour earlier without informing me. This is even after being aware i work 9-5 so a 4pm appointment giving me a few hours notice would not be suitable. Despite this i was willing to book for another time however it was a coincedence that any time or date i was available they could not accomodate me. When you cancel your customers appointment the least that can be done is for them to be accommodated. Highly disappointed. Not much more to say really.
